As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their patients. **Responsibilities** As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, averaging 50-60 calls per day * Following approved standard operating procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims * Continuous evaluation of current policies and SOPs and providing recommendations for process improvements * Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner * Reading and understanding of explanation of benefits or correspondence * Accurately documenting all accounts, ensuring guidelines and regulations are followed * Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients * Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum one year of work experience * Previous call center and customer service experience is strongly preferred * Previous medical experience is strongly preferred * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening skills * Ability to meet deadlines and exercise critical thinking skills **Remote Work** As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from home in a structured environment with dedicated time for lunch and breaks.
