Our team is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our dynamic team. **Key Job Details** * **Company:** arenaflex * **Location:** Remote * **Start Date:** Immediate openings available * **Compensation:** Competitive salary ($16.00 - $18.00 per hour) * **Benefits:** Comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, AD&D, 401k with match, and critical illness coverage **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * **Education:** Minimum high school diploma or GED, with 2 years of college or higher education preferred * **Experience:** 1 year of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role * **Medical Intake or TPA Experience:** Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred * **Language Skills:** Bilingual English-Spanish a plus * **Customer Relations:** Excellent customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills * **Computer Skills:** Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications * **Confidentiality:** Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information * **Medical Terminology:** Knowledge of medical terminology, provider organizations, and networks * **CMS Medicare Reimbursement Rates:** Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates and ability to negotiate rate structures **Responsibilities** As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * **Responding to Inquiries:** Respond to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers within defined service standards * **Negotiating with Providers:** Negotiate with providers to gain acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out-of-network providers * **Assisting Members:** Assist members with benefits and healthcare questions * **Documenting Calls:** Document all calls received in system-based call log * **Performing Other Duties:** Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed **What We Offer** arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional development and growth.
