About the Role We're seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to as a Content and Customer Experience Specialist. As a key member of our Intelligent Tech Special Projects group, you'll play a vital role in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for both customers and sales staff to elevate the sales experience. Your expertise will span program management, development, operations, experience design, and geo availability, ensuring that our sales enablement initiatives are always on the cutting edge.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with content development teams and regional partners to create innovative sales enablement experiences Develop and implement effective content strategies that drive sales and customer engagement Map out the customer journey and work with program managers to identify opportunities for improvement Blend content from various sources to create a seamless customer experience Develop and maintain a style guide, content library, and performance metrics to ensure consistent and high-quality content Participate in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure that our sales enablement tools meet the needs of our customers and sales staff Collaborate with IT and Product Management teams to develop solutions that drive sales, improve the customer experience, and enhance our overall sales enablement capabilities Essential Qualifications 1+ years of experience working with content development teams and regional partners, with a strong understanding of geo availability and its impact on sales enablement Proven experience in content development through UI/UX and digital marketing, with a focus on driving sales and customer engagement In-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, features, benefits, and applications Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate customer experience data into effective content strategies Experience with content management tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager, is a plus Strong adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work in a highly matrixed environment where collaboration is essential Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Highest level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust Preferred Qualifications BS/MS degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, communications, or business administration Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, tools, and technologies Knowledge of customer experience design principles and methodologies Experience with data analysis and performance metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits At arenaflex, we offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary range of $141,100.00 to $212,600.00, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
