Join the Endeavor Digital Examination (EDA) Team We're seeking an experienced Content Moderator to join our EDA team, where you'll have the opportunity to apply advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to develop data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement.

As a Content Moderator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our data, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Analyze client journeys to identify opportunities to drive adoption, engagement, and conversion * Develop personalization capabilities using AI to bolthires specific audiences for effective marketing efforts * Design and execute online experiments (A/B testing) to measure and optimize business outcomes * Apply causal inference and MMM techniques to enhance experiments where A/B testing is not feasible or suitable * Create and use statistical models and predictive analytics to assess situations and potential future outcomes * Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to address complex business issues using advanced statistical procedures and numerical methods * Partner with colleagues to understand their concerns and objectives, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reporting, and performance metrics * Create and participate in presentations and meetings to communicate research findings and recommendations to existing and prospective stakeholders * Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders * Utilize strong programming skills to analyze, compare, and interpret large volumes of data in various formats Required Capabilities: * 3 years of experience applying modern AI methods to build predictive models for both classification and regression tasks * 3 years of experience using Python and SQL * 2 years of experience extracting meaningful insights from analysis and interpreting results of complex models to present to business audiences, including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders * 2 years of experience preparing data for analysis, working with data engineering teams to create data sets, evaluate data quality, and perform feature engineering * 2 years of experience applying knowledge of advanced analytical tools and languages to analyze large datasets from various data sources * 2 years of experience in experimental design and managed/solo AI approaches Preferred Capabilities: * Experience designing and executing online experiments (A/B testing) * Demonstrated ability to communicate technical ideas and recommendations to colleagues * Strong ability to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues, project team members, and senior leadership * Ability to anticipate and prevent issues and detours before they occur * Demonstrated expertise in multiple areas of statistical analysis techniques, AI, statistical analysis, experimental design, and predictive modeling, with in-depth specialization in specific areas

Education: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Physics, Engineering, or related field * PhD in related field preferred

Compensation and
