Key Responsibilities: * Content Moderation: Review user-generated content and ensure it complies with arenaflex's guidelines and standards. * Data Entry: Accurately input data and maintain records of moderated content. * Community Management: Engage with users professionally and promptly address any inquiries or concerns. * Policy Enforcement: Enforce arenaflex's policies regarding acceptable content and behavior. * Quality Assurance: Ensure that all moderated content meets arenaflex's quality standards. * Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to address escalated issues and improve moderation processes.
Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. We welcome candidates with a degree in Communications, English, Psychology, or a related field. Alternatively, you may have equivalent practical experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You'll be interacting with users, colleagues, and management, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. * Familiarity with online content platforms and social media. You'll need to be comfortable with online platforms, social media, and digital tools. * Ability to exercise good judgment and make decisions in accordance with established policies. You'll need to be able to make informed decisions based on arenaflex's policies and guidelines.
* Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is a plus but not required. While experience in content moderation or customer service is beneficial, it's not essential.
