Job Summary The successful candidate will design and implement customer marketing experiences that focus on increasing customer loyalty, expansion, and advocacy. Reporting to our VP of Marketing, you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth through customer marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement impactful customer marketing experiences that drive loyalty, expansion, and advocacy Create communities based on customer interests and levels of engagement Identify opportunities for cross-sell/upsell and amplify customer success stories Develop and execute revenue-driven marketing programs that deliver measurable results Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize impact Analyze customer data and market trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize program performance Measure and report on program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and passion for customer marketing.
