Job Overview We're seeking an exceptional Control Systems Engineer Manager to, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of control systems that drive our fulfillment center operations. As a key member of our technical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our material handling equipment, optimizing system performance, and providing expert technical support to our operations teams. Key Responsibilities Direct and plan work activities for Control Systems Specialists/Leads to achieve objectives and goals of North America Customer Satisfaction teams Collaborate closely with building Operations, Projects Engineering, FC Start-up Team, Rearward Software teams, Pros team, and Safety to support MHE systems optimization and project execution Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks such as Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, Profibus, motor control systems, servo drives, frequency drives, and electrical distribution systems Monitor MHE metrics and partner with maintenance/operations to address system performance issues and provide analysis across all operations Act as first-level escalation support for Control Systems Specialists/Leads, during and after business hours, troubleshooting locally and remotely, and repairing all hardware or controls software systems within the building Properly escalate downtime situations to vendors or headquarters for support to restore equipment operation Mentor Control Systems Technicians (CST) and Control Systems Leads (CSL) within your assigned building Participate in Failure Analysis and Incident Review cycles and implement process improvements or retraining to prevent future incidents Apply subject matter expertise in material handling and electronic systems to maximize building utilization of systems Perform, utilize, and provide analysis of building System Assessments to evaluate material handling system performance Collaborate with other building Operations management, equipment vendors, and parts suppliers to plan and coordinate new technology installations Utilize building technical community support resources for guidance and assistance, and provide support to peers as needed Communicate technical issues and project timelines with building leadership, operations, and maintenance teams, and explain production impacts Assist with skill assessments for Technical positions within building operations maintenance teams Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or +2 years of arenaflex Blue Badge/FTE experience Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/locations, including weekends, evenings, and/or holidays Preferred Qualifications Experience with electrical theory, Mechanical Engineering, Controls components, automated equipment Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, programming, and designing HMI and control network components Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components Industrial electrical hands-on experience and troubleshooting, including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC systems Experience interpreting, editing, and creating mechanical and electrical drawings Experience identifying, maintaining, and utilizing SCADA systems and KPIs Knowledge of programming, such as RSLogix5000 studio, FT View, and other controls software platforms Experience with

Advanced robotics work cells and its control systems Ability to lead others in a technical role and collaborate with all levels of management
