*Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Conversational AI Engineer – Machine Learning Operations, you will be responsible for:

**Designing and developing AI models** that enable our customers to interact with our services in a more intuitive and human-like way
**Collaborating with cross-functional teams** to integrate AI models into our production systems
**Developing and maintaining** our conversational AI platform, including NLP models, voice and text-based interfaces, and data pipelines
**Analyzing and optimizing** AI model performance to ensure high accuracy and efficiency
**Staying up-to-date** with the latest advancements in AI and related fields to ensure our platform remains cutting-edge
**Working with data scientists and engineers** to design and implement data pipelines and data storage solutions

**Bachelor's degree** in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
**At least 2 years of experience** in AI and NLP, with a focus on conversational AI
