If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working in a high-volume production environment, and leveraging your technical skills to drive results, we encourage you to apply. **Job Summary:** As a CPC Processor Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status. You'll work in a remote call center environment, using two computer monitors to document information in multiple platforms. This is a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST. **Key Responsibilities:** * Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record status * Document information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors * Work in a high-volume production environment, meeting productivity and quality standards * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experience * Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a healthcare or medical records environment * Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and medical record systems * Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., CPC, CMA) * Experience working in a remote call center environment **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on resolving issues and meeting customer needs **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
