- *Job Core Responsibilities**
As a Customer Account Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing aftermarket customer accounts, quoting, repair-order review, bookings, credits, returns, reports, follow-up or status, resolution or relationship-management. You will work closely with all teams to hit goals and deliverables, including Supply-Chain, Operations, Quality, and Trade Compliance. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all customer requirements and commitments are met, and you will participate in process improvement initiatives as required with your respective customer base.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage Aftermarket customer accounts, quoting, repair-order review, bookings, credits, returns, reports, follow-up or status, resolution or relationship-management
- Collaborate with all teams to hit goals and deliverables
- Work closely with Supply-Chain, Operations, Quality, and Trade Compliance to ensure all customer requirements and commitments are met
- Participate in process improvement initiatives as required with your respective customer base
- Maintain, execute, and train on or to documented Standard Work
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- 2+ years of experience in MRO, customer-Service or Inside Sales, Aerospace or Aviation After-Market, or a combination thereof
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

- Experience in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of aftermarket customer service and support
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
