With a strong focus on customer success, we're committed to delivering exceptional value to our users and helping them achieve their goals. **Your Role** As a Customer Architect, you'll partner with our customers to support them in uncovering and creating solutions to serve their business needs. This will involve working closely with our account partners, including Customer Success Managers and Implementation Managers, to scope use-cases, validate technical feasibility, and implement customized solutions. You'll also be responsible for: * Scoping customers' business and technical needs, including quantifying existing problems, understanding their tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points * Creating custom templates and deploying our Knowledge Graph capabilities * Communicating limitations and proposing solutions, including scope, resource needs, and projected timelines * Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our AI writing solutions, the broader AI and LLM landscape, and our customers' ecosystems * Working closely with Engineering to QA outputs, calibrate, and iterate until optimal results are achieved * Developing new processes, systems, and workflows to reduce time to value for our customers * Ensuring we have collateral, documentation, and processes to support customers' technical integration needs * Communicating the voice of the customer back to our Product and Engineering teams to inform product enhancements **Is This You?** We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in technical roles, particularly in SaaS and solutions architecture or technical account management.
