We're committed to fostering a culture that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' well-being. **Your Role** As a Customer Architect at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for partnering with our largest customers to support them in uncovering and creating solutions that meet their business needs. This will involve working closely with our account partners, including Customer Success Managers and Implementation Managers, to scope use cases, validate technical feasibility, and own the implementation of customized solutions. You'll also be responsible for: * Scoping customers' business and technical needs, including quantifying existing problems, understanding their tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points * Creating custom templates, deploying our Knowledge Graph capabilities, and acting as the technical resource for customers to leverage our APIs * Communicating limitations and proposing solutions, including their scope, resource needs, and projected timelines * Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our Writer solutions, the broader AI and LLM landscape, as well as our customers' ecosystems * Working closely with Engineering to QA the outputs from the implementation, calibrate, and iterate until we have an optimal output * Developing new processes, systems, and workflows to reduce time to value for our customers * Ensuring we have collateral, documentation, and processes to support our customers in their technical integration needs * Communicating the voice of the customer back to our Product and Engineering teams so we can make relevant enhancements to our product **Your Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of technical roles in SaaS, including 3+ years of experience in solutions architect or technical account management * Experience managing a customer book of business * Experience working with Fortune 500 customers for a high-growth, B2B SaaS company * Experience with generative AI and prompt engineering is a huge plus * Experience working with APIs * Nice-to-have: Python chops * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take complex technical concepts and translate them to practical business language for non-technical audiences * High versatility, with the ability to lead discovery sessions with multiple stakeholders up to a CIO level, uncovering use cases and business pain, while also being able to address complex technical hurdles * Business outcome-oriented, with a laser focus on delivering solutions that create meaningful business results * Tenured problem solver, with the ability to identify the root cause of issues and work collaboratively to resolve **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Generous PTO, plus company holidays * Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family * Paid parental leave for all parents (12 weeks) * Fertility and family planning support * Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri * Flexible spending account and dependent FSA options * Health savings account for eligible plans with company contribution * Annual work-life stipends for home office setup, cell phone, internet, wellness, and learning and development * Company-wide off-sites and team off-sites * Competitive compensation, company stock options, and 401k **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a culture that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive of our employees' well-being.
