- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Advisor at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with their insurance needs
- Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
- Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
- Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
- Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
- Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
- Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

- *Minimum Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Care Advisor at careerzynith, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
