As a Customer Care Agent on our Dutch Desk, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. If you're passionate about helping others, remain patient and cheerful, even in challenging situations, then we want to hear from you!
- *Your Future Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing a variety of customer inquiries via email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests
- Processing customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling
- Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays
- Communicating essential customer messages to key departments
- *Essential Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency in the Dutch language (C1) and fluency in English at the B2 level
- At least 1 year of support experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner
- Ability to work independently as well as within different teams
- Attentiveness, persistence, and a solution-oriented approach
- A strong work ethic and adaptability in a dynamic business environment
