Build your skills and grow in a supportive and high-performing environment. **What You'll Do:** As a Customer Care Associate on our night shift, your responsibilities will include: * Delivering outstanding customer service: Make every customer leave with a smile by going above and beyond in creating an excellent experience. * Processing sales transactions: Help customers with their purchases, manage the register, and ensure smooth sales transactions. * Maintaining store merchandise: Keep shelves stocked, organized, and ensure the store stays clean and welcoming for every customer. * Managing shift duties: Balance your register at the end of each shift and assist in various tasks to keep things running smoothly. * Troubleshooting customer concerns: Use your problem-solving skills to address any customer issues with professionalism and care. **Food Service Responsibilities:** As a Customer Care Associate, you may also be required to: * Follow recipes and serve menu items with a smile: Prepare menu items, serve customers quickly and efficiently, and make sure every meal is up to arenaflex's high standards. * Ensure food quality: Follow guidelines for portion control, serving temperatures, and answer any questions customers may have about menu items, ingredients, and pricing. **What We're Looking For:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1-2 years of proven customer service or retail experience: You're a pro at making customers feel special! * Excellent communication skills: You know how to connect with customers and work well with teammates. * A calm demeanor under pressure: You're cool, calm, and collected in fast-paced, high-energy situations. * Must be at least 18 years old and available to work weekends and holidays. **What We Offer:** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Competitive pay: $15/hour for full-time and part-time employees, with a $1.50 differential pay for overnight shifts.
