  • *Job Role: Customer Care Executive**

As a Customer Care Executive at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Meeting or exceeding performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to careerzynith's quality standards and policies
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide best-in-class customer service and support
  • Work in 24*7 shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Adhere to careerzynith's quality standards and policies
  • *Requirements:**
  • Any undergraduate or graduate degree can apply
  • Excellent communication skills required
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Candidates with 6 months of documented BPO experience would be preferred

  • Salary range: ₹1.70 LPA to ₹3.7 LPA
