- *Job Role: Customer Care Executive**
As a Customer Care Executive at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.)
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Adhering to careerzynith's quality standards and policies
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide best-in-class customer service and support
- Work in 24*7 shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed performance targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Adhere to careerzynith's quality standards and policies
- *Requirements:**
- Any undergraduate or graduate degree can apply
- Excellent communication skills required
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates with 6 months of documented BPO experience would be preferred

- Salary range: ₹1.70 LPA to ₹3.7 LPA
