We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Outfitter to join our team in Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. As a Customer Care Outfitter, you'll be responsible for providing legendary customer service through multiple channels, including voice, email, and chat. You'll handle customer contacts, resolve issues, and provide first-call resolution for a wide range of customer inquiries. If you're a strong communicator with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for building strong relationships, we want to hear from you.

  • Resolve customer issues and provide first-call resolution for a wide range of customer inquiries
  • Utilize advanced skills training, system programs, and desktop resources to assist customers from all business channels
  • Empower customers to find solutions beyond established processes to resolve complex customer service situations
  • Capitalize on opportunities to secure sales, including offering preferred products, suggesting similar items, and asking for orders on gift card balance contacts
  • Review and research CRD Field Guide, careerzynith websites, catalogs, and other programs, tools, and resources to ensure up-to-date information on promotions, system changes, processes, and company programs
  • Utilize feedback and coaching to maximize performance and develop skills to move through the career path opportunities
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational tech certification or associate's degree preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in business administration or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills and effective customer service skills
