We're proud to offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Customer Care Professional on our Beneficiary Claim Support team, you'll be responsible for: * Providing personalized support to clients and their families navigating the beneficiary claims process * Building rapport with callers from diverse backgrounds to assess their situation and present solutions * Navigating multiple systems to gather relevant information and provide clear, concise, and positive language * Focusing on quality and first-call resolution, while minimizing processing time and after-call work * Collaborating with tenured teammates and structured training to ensure ongoing professional development **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package, competitive salary, and opportunities for growth and development.
