Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering extraordinary care to our customers by responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. You'll be the face of our company, working in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment to make it easy for our customers to do business with us. Your goal will be to deepen customer engagement with our products and services, celebrating their value to us and reinforcing the benefits of membership.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver extraordinary customer care by responding to questions concerning customer accounts in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment Evaluate and analyze account information, recommending tailored solutions to our customers and reinforcing the benefits of membership Resolve product or service inquiries by asking probing questions, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting and articulating the best solution to drive brand advocacy Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, documenting necessary account information and offering custom solutions that benefit the customer Grow and nurture customer relationships on every interaction, resulting in measurable customer value Deliver extraordinary results, measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years of BPO work experience At least 1 year of voice account experience from your most recent company A proven track record of success in your previous role (high performer) A Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or college undergraduate degree Work-from-home requirements: A minimum 25 mbps internet connection plan/speed A private and quiet area to work from home Flexibility to work in Taguig once community quarantine measures are lifted Preferred
