Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Care Representative II to join our outbound call center team. As a Customer Care Representative II, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and solutions to our customers, responding to their questions and concerns regarding insurance benefits and pharmacy delivery. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative II, your key responsibilities will include: Initiating outbound calls to internal and external customers to provide assistance regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims. Analyzing problems and providing information and solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner. Operating a PC/image station to obtain and extract information, documenting information, activities, and changes in the database. Developing and maintaining positive customer relations, coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.

Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and customer service issues, providing external and internal customers with requested information. Receiving and placing follow-up telephone calls and e-mails to answer customer questions, seeking to understand and respond to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an automated customer service environment.

Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions. Proficiency in all basic customer service functions, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a URAC accredited area, with a strong understanding of professional competencies such as problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support. Strong technical skills, with the ability to operate a PC/image station and extract information from databases.
