Our expertise in strategy, design, execution, and operations unlocks business value through a range of solutions. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence. You'll be responsible for assisting with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information. Your primary goal will be to build trust and loyalty with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide premium service and build relationships with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media correspondence * Assist with order tracking, processing returns and refunds, warranty questions, and product information * Assist customers with product information, website navigation, and general questions * Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience within food service, retail, or call center setting * Must be able to pass a typing test with 40 WPM * Must have reliable internet with 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed with ability to hardwire * Must be able to provide 1-2 previous managerial, supervisor, or team lead professional references * Availability to work between 8am-7pm Central Time, Monday-Sunday, with 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the footwear industry * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
