Job Summary As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be working in a remote 4-day shift (weekend) schedule, providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, live chat, and email.
You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and creating raving fans for arenaflex every single day. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, live chat, and email, responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner * Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating issues to management as needed * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience * Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay current on industry trends * Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives Essential Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer populations * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly * Reliable internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace Preferred Qualifications * Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services * Previous experience in the Lighting Industry or a related field * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency in bolthires Office and bolthires Suite * Ability to learn new software and systems quickly * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on creating raving fans * Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
