As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing exceptional care and personalized attention to our customers. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities * Providing exceptional care and personalized attention to our customers * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills **Requirements** To be successful as a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll need: * 1 year of Call Center experience * 6 months of Customer Service experience * Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills * High-speed Internet access (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps) * A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take in-coming calls * Must reside in the State of Rhode Island **Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we cultivate a culture of inclusion and respect, where every employee feels valued and supported.
