Key Responsibilities In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our PRISM and FedConnect customers, addressing their questions, and resolving issues efficiently. Your duties will include: Analyzing, validating, and responding to client queries, issues, or requests in a timely and accurate manner via email, ticket system, phone, and virtual meetings. Escalating issues to higher levels of support as needed, setting customer expectations for follow-up and resolution, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the process.

Collaborating across multiple teams to resolve customer-reported issues, leveraging your analytical skills and attention to detail to get to the bottom of complex problems. Pivoting between supporting customers utilizing multiple platforms, demonstrating your adaptability and ability to learn quickly. Documenting support articles to further self-service collateral for customers, empowering them to resolve problems independently and enhancing our knowledge base. Serving as the face of arenaflex to our customers, treating them with patience, empathy, and professionalism, and driving customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Becoming a specialist for arenaflex's suite of products, staying up-to-date with the latest developments, and providing expert guidance to clients. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: Strong customer service acumen, demonstrated in an IT solutions environment, with a talent for problem-solving and attention to detail. Basic understanding of SQL databases and proficiency in bolthires Office suite. Proven ability to handle defined periods of stress with professional poise, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in high-pressure situations.

Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to interact effectively with teammates, management, developers, and clients. Demonstrated ability to drive challenging technical problems to resolution, keeping clients and staff informed of progress and ensuring timely issue resolution. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple clients and open issues simultaneously. Motivated self-starter with a bias for action, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are considered a plus: 3+ years of experience providing functional support for software applications, with a deep understanding of technical support principles and practices. Experience in government functions, such as federal acquisition, contract lifecycle management, and/or financial management, with a strong understanding of the associated regulations and processes. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree, preferred but not required, with a strong academic foundation in a related field.
