- *Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction. Building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication is key. You will provide accurate and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools, while also meeting personal and team sales targets. Handling customer complaints effectively and following up to ensure resolution is crucial to maintaining our high standards of customer care. You will also be tasked with keeping detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and adhering to communication procedures and guidelines.

- Manage large amounts of incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Generate sales leads by identifying customer needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their needs are met
- *Requirements**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Experience in waste hauling or management is a huge plus
- Bilingual is preferred
- Data entry experience
