You will be required to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate. You will also be expected to maintain a quiet, distraction-free, and secure home workspace, equipped with a wired, high-speed internet connection, modem or router with an Ethernet port, and a thin client that connects directly. **You Own This If You Have:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * 6+ months of experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as a contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred) * The ability to meet arenaflex's and arenaflex's Customer CARE Work from Home Guidelines and expectations * Excellent communication skills * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency * Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance * Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs dictate * A quiet, distraction-free, and secure home workspace * The ability to work your entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership * Wired, high-speed internet, modem or router with an Ethernet port, and a thin client that connects directly (no satellite internet or Wi-Fi) **We've Got You Covered:** arenaflex is committed to supporting the well-being and success of its employees.
