Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests through various communication channels, including email, phone, and social media. Key Responsibilities Respond to guest inquiries and requests via email, phone, or social media within the designated turnaround time. Clarify and resolve any issues or concerns guests may have, providing a timely and satisfactory outcome. Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases to update records, files, and answer inquiries from guests. Operate standard office equipment, such as mail, fax machines, and computers, to prepare and send correspondence to guests. Communicate with guests via social media channels, including TripAdvisor, Twitter, and Facebook, to provide exceptional service and resolve any issues. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Provide excellent customer service to all guests and fellow colleagues, supporting the efforts of other team members to provide exceptional service. Respond sensitively to the needs and feelings of others, regardless of status or position, and maintain rapport with colleagues and guests. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. 3 years of related experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with the following: Supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. Experience working in a hospitality or customer service environment. Knowledge of social media platforms and their use in customer service.
