- *Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Specialist with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert support
- *What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Residency within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
- Computer experience and high-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
