- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Team Member, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming new customers and helping them make appointments in our Service Center
- Providing thoughtful and professional customer care, answering questions, and addressing concerns
- Collaborating with our award-winning Service Team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Reaching out to customers to remind them of upcoming maintenance, preventative care, and manufacturer recalls
- Calling new customers to welcome them and provide exceptional service
- Building trust, earning confidence, and finding agreeable options for our customers through strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and dependability are essential in this role, as you'll be working closely with customers and team members to resolve issues and meet their needs
- *Role Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in hospitality industries, including the automotive sector (a plus)
- Strong communication skills that build trust, earn confidence, and find agreeable options for our customers
- Excellent people skills and problem-solving abilities
- A track record of dependability and teamwork
- Readiness to learn new software and technology
