- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Accurately processing sales through our Point of Sale system and credit card terminals with precision, while following company policies and procedures.
- Selling apparel in the trackside souvenir stand and providing expert recommendations to customers.
- Completing the check-in process with our customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Taking guest photos and capturing memories for our customers.
- Supporting opening and closing functions when needed, including setting up and tearing down equipment.
- Providing excellent customer service by anticipating customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to work weekdays and weekends, including flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our events.
- Physical stamina to remain upright on your feet for sustained periods of time, including during peak event periods.
- A minimum age of 16 years old.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the NASCAR industry and its events.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale systems and credit card processing.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

When traveling for events, you'll be compensated with hotel accommodations and a per diem allowance, ensuring you're comfortable and well taken care of.

- August 2nd
- October 4th
- November 1st and 22nd
