Responsibilities: As an Experienced Customer Engineer – AI/ML, Healthcare and Life Sciences, you will be responsible for: * Working with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers. * Providing machine learning expertise to support the technical relationship with arenaflex's customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partner directly with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to arenaflex's Cloud Platform.
* Working with customers to demonstrate and prototype arenaflex's product integrations in customer/partner environments. * Recommending integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution using best practices on arenaflex's Cloud Platform. * Traveling to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 10 years of experience as a pre-sales engineer at an enterprise technology company or a similar customer-facing role. * Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders. * Experience with big data, machine learning, and numerical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB). Preferred
Qualifications: * Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related technical field. * Experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g., deep learning, LSTM, convolutional networks).
* Experience in architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems. * Experience in data and information management as it relates to big data trends and issues within businesses. * Ability to learn quickly, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the cloud/IT technology space. Skills and Competencies: * Strong technical expertise in machine learning, big data, and numerical programming frameworks. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with technical stakeholders and executive leaders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions. * Experience with cloud-based technologies, including bolthires Cloud Platform. Benefits: arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $139,000-$213,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum bolthires for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
