About the Job As a Customer Engineer at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in facilitating the adoption of our cloud products and services. You will work closely with prospective and existing customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their business and technical requirements, develop tailored solutions, and provide expert guidance on infrastructure modernization. Your expertise will help customers overcome technical obstacles, and your presentation skills will enable you to persuasively communicate the value of arenaflex's cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, key customer technical objections, and develop strategies to resolve technical blockers. Manage the technical relationship with arenaflex's customers, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and coordination of additional technical resources. Work with customers to demonstrate and prototype arenaflex cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments. Guide customers through assessments of existing legacy application environments, providing recommendations on a roadmap for application modernization.
Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to successfully implement a complete solution on arenaflex's cloud platform. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. The minimum qualifications for this position include: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience with cloud-native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders. Preferred qualifications include: Experience with cloud or on-premises infrastructure engineering. Experience with virtualization or containerization platforms. Experience in migrating applications and services to cloud platforms. Experience with security controls such as encryption, identity management, and access control, attack vectors, and penetration testing. Experience with networking concepts such as software-defined networking, routing, virtual private networks, load balancers, and firewalls.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$177,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum bolthires for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
