As a Customer Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Engineer – M365, Copilot, SharePoint, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless productivity for our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: * **M365 and SharePoint Administration**: Administer and govern SharePoint Online environments, implementing and managing M365 Copilot and OneDrive for Business. Develop and maintain SharePoint sites and related applications to meet the evolving needs of our clients. * **Technical Expertise**: Handle critical customer issues and work effectively in challenging situations, utilizing your technical skills to troubleshoot Office applications, particularly Outlook. Support M365 Apps deployment using SCCM/MECM/Intune/Cloud Update, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our clients. * **Office Product Management**: Manage licensing and activation for perpetual and subscription versions, maintaining software within fixed and modern lifecycle policies. Oversee deployment and configuration for Office LTSC and M365 Apps on Windows and Mac, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. * **Migration and Upgrades**: Lead migration projects from on-premises to cloud-based solutions, transitioning customers from Office 2016 to Office 2019/Office LTSC 2021 and M365 Apps.
