This is a chance to make a real impact on our products and services, while also earning a competitive income and enjoying a flexible work schedule. **Responsibilities:** As a Customer Experience Ambassador, your responsibilities will include: * Participating in online or in-person focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews * Providing honest feedback on various products and services * Showing up at least 10 minutes prior to discussion start time * Completing written surveys and following oral and written instructions * Actively using products and/or services, if provided, and being ready to discuss prior to the meeting date **Qualifications:** To be successful as a Customer Experience Ambassador at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * A smartphone with a working camera or webcam on desktop/laptop * Reliable internet connection * Desire to fully participate in one or several of the following topics: + Child-related topics (individuals with children 18 yrs or younger) + Cell Phones (Apple, Android, or Windows...Prepaid or Contract) + Entertainment (TV shows, movies, and video games) + Food (If you buy fast food, casual dining, or upscale dining) + Sports (Casual viewers and die-hard fans) + Electronics (Tell us which devices you prefer and why) + Pets (Animal lovers needed!
