With a strong focus on innovation and collaboration, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in the life sciences industry. **Why Join arenaflex?** * Opportunity to work with a cutting-edge company in the life sciences industry * Engage with customers in a positive, helpful, and professional manner * Become an expert in the procurement of specimens * Serve as the point of contact for clients throughout the entire ordering process * Up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and present value-added service options * Collaborate with a talented team of experts in the life sciences industry * Enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment * Opportunities for career growth and professional development **Responsibilities** As a Customer Experience Associate – Biology and Clinical Research, you will be responsible for: * Building and maintaining relationships with new and repeat customers * Managing key accounts and serving as the point of contact for clients * Assisting clients with quotes, order processing, and order tracking * Managing opportunities in Salesforce * Seeking up-sell/cross-sell opportunities and presenting value-added service options * Communicating effectively and timely with customers to answer questions and inquiries * Serving as a liaison between clients and internal departments * Working with the Sourcing and Project Management team to develop order fulfillment plans * Providing ongoing support to the business development field team **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in a science-related field (Biology, Chemistry, Biological Science, etc.) * At least 2 years of experience in a client services position * Experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (a plus) * A customer service-oriented attitude * A commitment to quality * The ability to problem solve * Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills * The ability to work both independently and on a team in a collaborative environment * Computer savvy and able to adapt quickly to new technologies * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
