As an Experienced Customer Experience Associate - Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting every customer with a smile, acknowledging waiting customers, and engaging in conversations to build trust and relationships.
- Completing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing product knowledge and suggestions to customers.
- Helping customers with returns, exchanges, and other issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a welcoming environment and actively promoting arenaflex products and services to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
- Operating a cash register or other sales-related equipment to enter new accounts, conduct sales, refunds, or similar transactions.
- Assuring compliance with fire, safety, sanitation, and security regulations, as well as ensuring the security of fixed assets, cash, and inventory.
- Practicing loss prevention procedures and alerting security and management of potential problems that may involve fraud, waste, and abuse.

- Excellent communication skills.
