You'll work closely with our hosts and guests to ensure a seamless, no-hassle booking experience and make recommendations to improve their experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about our marketplace, develop your customer service skills, and make a meaningful impact on our product. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, live chat, social media, and other contact channels to ensure a seamless, no-hassle booking experience for our hosts and guests. * Act as the first point of contact for users, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing recommendations to improve their experience. * Display self-discipline, demonstrate productivity, and accomplish job duties in a remote work environment. * Independently work through a queue of tasks with an eye for process improvements and identify opportunities to surprise and delight our hosts and guests. * Identify trends and take an active role in delivering suggestions for process and product improvements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience. **Qualifications** * Passion for problem-solving and interacting with customers. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment. * Comfortable asking for additional support when working through difficult cases and prioritizing across potentially competing opportunities/demands. * Ability to pick up new technology quickly and enthusiasm for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty across broad functional areas and diverse geographies. * Sense of humor and enjoyment working with others. **Nice to Have** * Previous successful customer service experience. * Familiarity with CRM systems (Intercom). * Previous experience with crafting online help resources. * Analytical skills and familiarity with third-party marketplaces (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO). **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $25.00/hour. * 100% employee coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance. * $500 annual professional development allowance. * Discount on all arenaflex bookings. * Laptop, high-res display, and stipend to set up a home office. * Monthly cell phone and internet credit. * Coworking membership if needed (in lieu of home office). * Flexible take-it-as-you-need-it time-off policy. * Annual in-person all-company offsite and team-building events (in arenaflex locations, of course). * Wellness Days observed company-wide. **Diversity and Inclusion** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a team that's diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
