We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience & Education Consultant (Hybrid) to join our team in New York City, NY. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, including in-store and online. You'll work closely with our global teams to create impactful educational content that resonates with our customers and drives engagement and loyalty.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer experience, education, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with customer research and analysis
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and education

- 5+ years of experience in customer experience, education, or a related field
