- Design and deliver training programs for Careerzynith employees to enhance their knowledge and skills in customer experience and education
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and education to ensure Careerzynith remains at the forefront of innovation
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer experience, education, or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience strategies
- Excellent content creation and writing skills, with the ability to adapt to various formats and styles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools

- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
- Experience working in the cosmetics and haircare industry
