As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and administering customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing results, and implementing strategic tactics to enhance the customer experience. You'll also coordinate with customer-facing business units to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels, and touchpoints in the customer journey. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and administer customer satisfaction surveys to gather information from existing customers - Organize and analyze survey results to identify areas for improvement - Leverage survey data to recommend and deploy strategic tactics to enhance the customer experience - Coordinate the tracking, monitoring, analysis, and reporting of improvements in customer experience within each channel and business unit - Develop a system for benchmarking customer advocacy and satisfaction results - Collaborate with customer-facing business units to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality end-to-end customer experience across stages, channels, and touchpoints in the customer journey - Assist in developing functional area's plans, goals, objectives, budgets, and procedures - Direct the work of others and supervise employees as needed **Essential Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in a business-related field and six years of related banking experience, or eight years of related banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education/training and experience - Project management experience - Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Self-motivated and quality-oriented - Ability to work with a sense of urgency - Experience in building and executing surveys and analyzing data **Preferred Qualifications** - Supervisory experience - Advanced word processing, database, and spreadsheet software experience - Professional written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills - Ability to lead and maintain control of meetings - Ability to report to executive and senior management on project process - Ability to present project elements to bank leaders - Experience using project management software **Skills and Competencies** - Advanced word processing, database, and spreadsheet software experience - Professional written communication skills and strong verbal communication skills - Ability to lead and maintain control of meetings - Ability to report to executive and senior management on project process - Ability to present project elements to bank leaders - Experience using project management software - Ability to think critically and leverage business metrics - Effective management of own and other's actions, time, and resources - Ability to handle highly confidential information, frequent deadlines, and time constraints **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
