Join us at arenaflex and be part of a team that's shaping the future of customer experience. **The Role** As an Experienced Customer Experience Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in scaling our customer experience operations, driving efficiency, and excellence across our teams. You'll be responsible for establishing new operational frameworks, improving and iterating on existing ones, and ensuring seamless data flow between Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and leadership. Your expertise will help us unlock individual contributor and managerial efficiencies, enabling our teams to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement process improvements to optimize customer business reviews, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of Business Review decks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and efficient handoffs between teams during the customer journey. * Analyze team efficiency and production, ensuring proper tracking setup and projects in place to help ICs do more with their time. * Provide enablement on new processes, tools, and ways of working to unlock individual contributor and managerial efficiencies. * Own the documentation of Customer Experience Operations, ensuring it is maintained and up-to-date. * Support customer pipeline and capacity planning to stay ahead of hiring needs. **What We're Looking For** * 5+ years of experience in a CS Operations role (ideal) or similar (ex: Sales Ops, Program/Project Management within Sales Organizations). * Proficient in CX domain experience, dash-boarding, program management, data analysis. * Technical aptitude, including proficiency with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence), Snowflake, Looker, Excel, Google Suite products, and Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation (or similar CRM reporting). * Experience doing reporting for organization support and analysis of business needs. * Experience with Customer Success platforms and other tools leveraged by customer success. * Experience in payments, fraud, or security operations. * Excellent communication, essential for getting team buy-in and adherence. **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive total compensation package * 401k plan * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Wellness reimbursement * Education reimbursement * Flexible time off **What Makes You a Strong Fit** * You're a customer experience domain expert with a passion for driving automation and efficiencies within an organization. * You're a self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity and make your mark on arenaflex within your first 90 days. * You're proficient in CX domain experience, dash-boarding, program management, data analysis, and technical aptitude. * You're an excellent communicator who can get team buy-in and adherence. **How to Apply** If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for customer experience and operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
