What You'll Be Doing As an Experienced Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional service to our customers. With your superior customer service skills and excitement for technology, you'll help customers navigate our services, resolve issues, and discover new ways to connect with each other. You'll be working with America's fastest and most reliable network, and you'll be the one who makes a difference in our customers' lives.
Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to requests about installation, disconnection, or changes to service * Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services * Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments, and policy issues * Respond to requests from customers about arenaflex products and services * Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes, as needed * Negotiate the collection of overdue bills * Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business What We're Looking For * A dedication to customer service excellence with amazing communication skills and a positive, professional attitude * The ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy helping our customers connect to the digital world * Related Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience * Customer Service call center experience * Previous collections experience * Ability to live within 75 miles of the current reporting location for the life of the contract Even Better If You Have * Experience working in a remote environment * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues * Strong time management and organizational skills What We Offer * Competitive pay and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work on exciting projects and initiatives Work Environment and Culture At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages authenticity and fosters a sense of belonging.
