Job Summary As a Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing strategic support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through data analysis and process improvement.
You'll work closely with our internal and external stakeholders to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Key Responsibilities * Provide strategic support to clients, resolving complex issues and driving business growth through data analysis and process improvement * Analyze client and service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement * Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our services remain competitive and innovative Essential Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, transportation) * 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a logistics or transportation company * Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications * Experience with air and sea shipments, including booking, arranging, and reporting * Knowledge of customs import controls and clearance procedures * Certified Export Specialist (CES), Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), or Master Export Specialist (MES) certification * Quality improvement certification or experience with QDM, Six Sigma, or Total Quality Management * Experience with business software applications, including CRM and ERP systems Work Environment and Culture As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you have a stable internet connection.
