Our global team is driven by performance, and we're committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. **Your Purpose** As a Seasonal Customer Happiness Team Agent, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during our busiest time of year. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your goal will be to resolve issues, answer questions, and make our customers feel like VIPs. **Key Responsibilities** * Maintain a fast-paced contact center environment, handling an average of 64 interactions per shift * Achieve a 90% or higher 5-star customer rating * Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills to resolve customer issues and answer questions * Turn tricky situations into great experiences, demonstrating a natural instinct to help people and go above and beyond * Be reliable and consistently show up for your shift on time, giving it your all * Love being on the phone and computer most of the day, with a comfort level in multitasking and fast-paced work **We'll Love You Because You** * Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people * Are passionate about helping others and going above and beyond to make a difference * Feel good about yourself when you can turn someone's day around, and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact * Are open to change and to new or evolving processes in a fast-moving environment * Cringe whenever you witness bad customer service, and are committed to delivering exceptional experiences * Are comfortable with technology, multitasking, and fast-paced work * Have experience in a call center-like environment, with a proven track record of success * Already love wine or are interested in learning more about it, with a willingness to learn and grow * Are smart but humble, with a growth mindset and a passion for learning **Requirements** * Must be 21 years of age or older (we're in the wine business after all!) * Must be able to take phone calls from customers while working remotely * Previous customer service experience, preferably from a call center-like environment * Must be eligible on your own to work in the US to qualify (arenaflex does not currently offer employer-sponsored work visas for this role) * Must be able to work either a Tuesday-Saturday shift or Sunday-Thursday, with a schedule of 8-5 PST on weekends and 9-6 PST on weekdays * Must live in KS, CA, or CO (for payroll tax purposes) **Benefits** * Compensation: $18.81/hour * Fully remote position, with all equipment provided * Up to $280/month in performance bonuses * 48 hours of sick time * Wine allowance - $50 a month towards your arenaflex account * Friendly, supportive, and trustworthy coworkers who will quickly become your friends! **The Hiring Process** * One-way video screen (answer a few questions at your convenience) * Video interview with hiring managers * Final decision+offer (if we're a good match) **Sound Like You?** If you're passionate about people, customer service, and maybe a glass of something red or bubbly, we want to hear from you!
