Our holistic approach combines research, data, brand marketing, acquisition and retention tactics, PR, and all aspects of customer-facing interaction to deliver exceptional results. **The Role: Customer Marketing Analyst** We're seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of our customer marketing efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll play a pivotal role in understanding our users, optimizing customer engagement strategies, and contributing to revenue growth through data-driven marketing. You'll work closely with people across marketing, product, and data to develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue * Execute customer marketing campaigns, including email, push, in-app, and card carousels * Collaborate with Product, Communications, Design, and the broader marketing team to support launch of new products and features * Analyze customer behavior and trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize customer engagement * Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive results * Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform marketing decisions * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing and Web3 **Qualifications:** * 1-2 years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, or CRM; preferably in fintech, crypto, or tech sectors * Strong attention to detail and high-quality execution * Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Clear communicator and collaborative team player * Exposure to go-to-market workflows or product launches * Basic understanding of crypto and Web3 including current trends, price movements, etc. * Passion for learning, improving processes, and growing within a digital marketing or web-focused career path * Desire to win **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks * Strong attention to detail and high-quality execution * Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation * Experience with marketing automation tools and platforms * Strong understanding of Web3 and cryptocurrency markets **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools * Experience with data visualization and reporting tools * Strong understanding of Web3 and cryptocurrency markets * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package.
