You'll develop and execute bespoke marketing campaigns to showcase how our customers are driving change and transformation in healthcare. Your primary objective will be to build and execute a strategy to regularly inform existing customers of new products, solutions, value propositions, and beyond. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Marketing Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with our customers to execute joint marketing initiatives by aligning with Sales, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, and PR * Developing and executing bespoke marketing campaigns to showcase how our customers are driving change and transformation in healthcare * Partnering with Sales to build and execute a strategy to regularly inform existing customers of new products, solutions, value propositions, and beyond * Partnering with Customer Success teams to identify new opportunities to amplify the impact of customer marketing * Collaborating with the marketing team to align customer marketing initiatives with broader company goals * Managing all stages of co-marketing activities with excellent attention to detail, making the commitment as easy for the customer as possible * Analyzing the success of customer marketing initiatives and providing regular reports to the marketing leadership team * Establishing and growing strong relationships with a broad set of internal and customer stakeholders, including creative, marketing, communications, sales, legal, and finance **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Manager with a proven track record of planning, executing, and measuring customer co-marketing initiatives.
