As a key member of our onboarding team, you'll work closely with customer-facing Onboarding Specialists and Engineering to ensure internal processes operate efficiently and reliably. Your primary responsibilities will include configuring new and existing TrueLark accounts, generating login credentials, and providing clear instructions for API access.
