We strive to deliver exceptional support to our customers, and we're looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate. **Job Purpose:** As a Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers by managing a range of inbound inquiries related to ignition interlock devices (IID). Your primary objective is to achieve one-call resolution by efficiently addressing customer questions and concerns, while providing clear guidance on regulatory requirements specific to their IID needs.
