In 2023, we were acquired by Intrum, Europe's biggest credit management service, and we're now embarking on the next phase of our growth – expansion into 17 European markets over the next two years. **The Role – Customer Operations Coordinator** As a Customer Operations Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting the successful launch of services in new markets and optimizing our operational tooling and training. You'll work across teams, tools, and territories to ensure our systems are robust, our people are ready, and our services remain best-in-class. Your responsibilities will include: * Setting up and optimizing operational tools (like Talkdesk and Front) to support new market rollouts * Coordinating training, documentation, and localization to ensure teams are set up for success * Acting as the bridge between project and ops teams – keeping everything moving and on track * Supporting our AI-powered service by improving automation, documentation, and response quality * Leading ongoing improvements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring we deliver high-quality service every step of the way **About You** We're looking for a highly organized, technically confident, and cross-functional project manager who's comfortable working with SaaS tools like Talkdesk, Front, or CRM systems. You'll be a great communicator who can work across teams, time zones, and cultures, and you'll be proactive and comfortable taking ownership, even when things are ambiguous. You'll also be excited about arenaflex's mission to support households and businesses to break the vicious debt cycle. **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in a customer operations or project management role * Proven track record of delivering successful projects and improving operational efficiency * Experience working with SaaS tools like Talkdesk, Front, or CRM systems * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the debt management or financial services industry * Knowledge of AI-powered services and automation tools * Certification in project management or customer operations * Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment **Skills and Competencies** * Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation * Experience working with SaaS tools and CRM systems * Knowledge of AI-powered services and automation tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
