You'll work closely with our R&D teams, customers, and stakeholders to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations. Your expertise will be essential in navigating complex technical concepts, managing project dependencies, and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Project planning and execution, including scope, quality, timelines, deliverables, and budget across multiple projects * Managing change and project scope to minimize additional unfunded work and maximize funded change requests * Building strong customer relationships, understanding their business challenges and priorities across multiple accounts * Collaborating with R&D teams to create and prioritize work items in the product backlog in line with customer plans and commitments * Proactive and regular communication with customers to ensure a shared understanding of status, risks, and assumptions using a combination of reports and verbal communication * Supporting the culture of continuous improvement within Professional Services to improve project outcomes for our customers and arenaflex * Managing project dependencies and impediments, particularly dependencies met by the customers * Proactive management of costs vs budget **Essential Qualifications** * Holder of a degree in electronic engineering, software engineering, or computer science * Significant experience of managing multiple software projects in a customer-facing role * Experience in managing customer expectations and building strong relationships * Excellent communication skills * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and roles, in particular Product Owner and Scrum Master * Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts and a background in consumer video or broadband technologies * Negotiation skills to agree scope and timelines with customers * Experience of using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and Microsoft Project * Strong leadership skills to help guide and motivate R&D teams * Fluent in English **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a similar role within the technology industry * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services * Certification in Agile methodologies or project management * Experience working with cross-functional teams **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
